Make an appointment

To make an appointment – We require a valid referral from your GP before we can make an appointment:

You can call us on 03 9457 4445 and provide us with your First Name, Surname, Date of Birth & mobile number or email your referral to referral@neu.net.au
We will send a link to your mobile where you can complete your personal details and upload your GP referral
Once we receive your completed information and referral we will contact you to make an appointment for a consultation with one of our Urologists
If you have other investigations such as X-ray, Ultrasound or CT reports and blood tests please upload to the link also

We consult Monday to Friday
We are a Private Practice so a fee will be charged for the consultation. Once your account is paid, we can claim Medicare online on your behalf to enable a rebate back into your nominated account
Our Administration team can provide quotations following your consultation on any surgical procedures that may be needed using your Private Health Insurance details
If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 03 9457 4445 during business hours, and at least 1 day prior to your appointment.
